After the climb

The rest of the day is yours.

Sunrise climbs start before dawn and are usually over by the morning. After that, the day is yours: a swim, a seat on the terrace, a long look at the mountain you just walked up.

Hot springs nearby.

The hot spring pools of Toya Bungkah sit by the lake, about half a kilometre from the guesthouse as the crow flies. Many climbers go straight there after coming down.

The springs are run by separate operators with their own hours and entry fees.

Good to know

A few things before a swim.

Short answers to the questions guests usually have about the pool.

Pool times are set by the guesthouse. Ask the hosts when you arrive or in your message.

Children should be watched by an adult at all times in and around the water.

Kintamani is in the highlands, so mornings and evenings can be cool. Midday is usually the most comfortable time for a swim, and the hot springs are close by for warm water.
