What this website collects

The enquiry form does not send anything to a server and nothing you type into it is stored by this website. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, the form opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you entered: your dates, number of guests, hiking plans, name, phone number and any note. You decide whether to send it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the website running and secure. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your stay.
• To arrange your stay if you decide to book with us.
• To meet legal obligations that apply to accommodation providers in Indonesia.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

WhatsApp and other services

Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. If you choose to load the embedded Google Map on the Location page, Google may collect information under its own policy. The map only loads after you allow it in Cookie Settings.
